Burt\'s Bees Lip Shimmer

One of the makeup artists that I am subscribed to on youtube recently reccomended this lip shimmer in a makeup tutorial so ofcourse I rushed out and bought it and it really is as good as she said. The lip shimmer is available from so many shops and can even be bought from Amazon. I bought mine in store from Boots to save on postage. This lip shimmer is a great Burt's Bee's product. I heard that Burt's Bee's was bought out by Wal-Mart and that their products had gotten less natural, which is why I don't buy the cleansers and moisturizers but this lip shimmer has not changed! I have the radiance shade, which is a glittery color. I like it because I'm not allowed to wear makeup but I can wear lip gloss. The shiny color is very sophisticated. I like the other shades as well, but I wish they had more youthful colors, like bright pinks. I also like the minty flavor as well, but those with an aversion to mint may not like it ... more

i am quite the fan of the burts bees line, however i bought this months ago and it is still sitting in my room. i dont like all the shimmer it has in it, its like BAM. i like that it gives me the cooling sensation just like the regular burts bees chap stick. when i bought this i thought it was gonna be the color on the chap. turns out when i put it on it was a complete different color than i thought. so not only was it to shimmery it was a totally different color that looked ridiculous on me.i think that the color wouldnt be so bad if some of the shimmer was toned down just a bit. although ... more
