Advantages Advantages nice taste, get alot of popcorn in a sachet, good value for money

Disadvantages Disadvantages may be abit fattening

I first bought Butterkist Sweet Microwave Popcorn about a year ago from ASDA for £1.99 which is good value as you got four sachets in a box. It was the first time I'd bought microwaveable popcorn, I don't really like popcorn in packets because it doesn't taste the same as it does from the cinema. You can't beat cinema popcorn. It's in a silver box with a large Butterkist logo in the middle. It tells you its sweet and microwaveable etc etc. The sachets are folded up in a paper bag, it tells you which way to put it in the microwave and the instructions are on the box. The popcorn needs to be in ... more

Advantages Advantages Delicious taste, cheap, easy to make, fun.

    Disadvantages Disadvantages High In Fat.

As we have a lovefilm.com membership now we have a fair few movie nights at home to save ourselves some money and still have fun. Therefore, there is often lots of snacks in the house now for the nights when we are going to watch a film. One of our new favourites is this Butterkist microwave sweet flavour popcorn. The popcorn comes in 3 sachets which is provided within a cardboard box. These sachets are very handy as you just peel off the plastic wrapper and then place the small bag of popcorn in the microwave. There is a handy pointer on the bag telling you which side down it should be laid ... more

    Advantages Advantages yummy

Disadvantages Disadvantages uite a large bowlful

Popcorn is 1 of my favourite snacks. I can't decide if I prefer Salted or Butter. I'm not so keen on sweet though, must be my Savoury tooth. This is on offer at Sainsburys at the moment for £1 for 4 bags, which is a saving of about 80p. This is found up the Crisp aisle. This is packaged in a box which is eye catching enough. It has the Butterkist logo on it quite largely and the main colour on the box is yellow to symbolise the Butter flavouring. There is a picture of some popped Popcorn and it all looks alright. The bags are pretty flat inside the box as they are folded up. The bags are in ... more

    Advantages Advantages great tasting!

Disadvantages Disadvantages a bit too nice - you can eat a lot of it!

I am a big fan of microwave popcorn as I think it is so much better than the pre-packed kind, just because of how it tastes. It tastes fresher, tastier and it’s great to be able to eat it warm. It is perfect for having whilst watching a film at home or just for a snack. The best part is that it is so simple to make. This ‘Butterkist’ brand of microwave popcorn is the best that I have tried. I like the butter flavour popcorn, however there are other flavours also, such as salted and original. Even if you do not buy the salted version of this popcorn, it still does taste rather salty. Be sure to ... more

    Advantages Advantages good flavour, cheap,

Disadvantages Disadvantages preparation instructions a little inaccurate

For those of you who love munching on the sweet popcorn when you go to the cinema, this is a product for you. Butterkist sweet microwave popcorn is a very tasty version of the moreish popcorn that cinemas serve, and the best bit is its cheaper than buying it at a cinema!!!!! The packaging The box is silver, with the Yellow butterkist logo on the front, underneath that are the words sweet popcorn and under that the word microwaveable. You get three sachets of popcorn in each box, and they are very reasonably priced at only £1.99 from your local supermarket. Preparation. Well the instructions n ... more
