I was actually quite saddened to read some negative reviews of BuyCosmetics here because I've bought from them for about 5 years now and I really like them a lot so I'd like to share my own opinion of them here. I have probably placed about 30 orders with them in total and I think I have had problems with two of those orders. The first was not really their fault because it was Royal Mail who lost my order. I waited nearly two weeks for my order to arrive along with free £25 worth of make up items. The make up was ok as at least there were no garish colours but the item ordered was not really what I expected. Not bad value but the colour was black instead of the expected skin colour. I decided to keep the item anyway as I could not face spending yet more money returning it and having to wait so long again for a replacement or refund. I would advise anyone to check carefully on colour, size etc. I will not order from this Company again as far too slow! and not very clear with descriptions of goods. ...

I came across this website and decided to place an order since the prices seemed reasonable and I appreciated the free delivery option. I was particularly attracted by the Versace range. Buycosmetics claim they give 70% discount off the RRP on the Versace range on average, however I have not been able to verify this as the items they have on sale are old stock and not from the current range.
