On filling in my form I pressed the end button only to realise I had forgotton to put in the discount code..when I received the confromation email I wrote and explanied fully expecting to be told it was too late. However, this was not the case, they gave me the chance to resubmit my order and use the code and also appreciated it when I wrote and thanked them entering me into a prize draw! I recently purchased a £50 voucher that I hoped would provide a value for money 3 course meal with wine for two at The Rivenhall Hotel in Essex. The food and restaurant are very good and I would highly recommend them to anybody. However, in my opinion you are better off paying for the meal directly with the hotel. I realised when checking the receipt that the actual cost of this meal was only £40.15. When checking out the next day the hotel also told us they had cancelled the contract with BuyaGift back in June. This is a great website, easy to use and all the links make it easy to find the perfiect experince. I have ordered vouchers from here on numerous occasions and the service has always been fast and efficeint. Everyone i have bought for has always enjoyed their expreinces which keeps me coming back time and time again. Buyagift even offer to package your voucher in lovely gift box (at an extra cost) but it does add to gift element of sending vouchers. I found out yesterday that the Christmas Gift I bought our son (Museum tour to Manchester United) had past its voucher date. I called expecting today’s usual negativity in asking if there was any way we could extending the voucher, as my son was so looking forward to visiting The Old Trafford grounds. To my complete surprise the lovely gentlemen on the phone told me it would be no problem and he would send me out a new voucher! This was a very easy site to use - lots of ideas for all ages! Simply browse all the different catagories to find something you think they will enjoy. The choice is very good, and as I ordered the afternoon tea for 2, there were hotels etc all over the country so you know there will be somewhere which is not to far for the recipient to go for their treat!
