Buying Property In Bulgaria

In 2004 I made the decision to buy a property in Bulgaria both for holidays and as a long term investment. I had for many years been interested in owning a property somewhere warm but the obvious choices - Spain, Greece etc - were way out of my league. (I had about £20000 saved). I spent months browsing estate agent sites on the internet to get an idea of prices as well as researching locations. I decided against the coast as it already looked over developed and so focussed on inland areas. My advice is to find up to 10 estate agent sites to add as your favourites and visit them weekly ... more
