The caboodle bag comes with a changing mat which is bigger than most travel changing mats I've seen, it's about the same size as as you home changer without all the padding. The mat is not wet proof but it can be washed should baby have an accident. It padded with what feels like a thin strip of foam but apart from that it's very flat which does make it easy to fold up and store in the bag.

The Caboodle Bag is a changing bag which is big enough to hold everything you need when out and about with baby. It has lots of pockets, a large main area which can be zipped up and covered with a large flap. Also included with the bag is a large padded changing mat. The bag's listed size is 15" x 12" x 5" or 38 x 30 x 12 cm. (photo is attached).
It comes in 3 designs, plain navy blue, plain black and an elephant design in navy blue (quite cute) ... ...We bought ours from the caboodle web-site (www.caboodlebags.co.uk) for £19.99. I can remember that they were very quick to take our money but it was weeks before our bag was delivered.

...am very pleased with my Caboodle Changing Bag. I have a larger than average baby and to begin with I had Tommee Tippee Winnie the Pooh Rucksack (see separate opinion)which had a teeny weeny changing mat. ****Our Caboodle bag*****
We went for the deep navy which is plain and simple (no fussy pattern on the front). It has a large strap which can easily be adjusted. The bag has a zip fastening and also a large flap which covers the front of the bag. Inside there are 3 pockets on one side which when our daughter was small were perfect for holding nappies. ... ...and a large pocket at the back (i used that for my bits!) At the front of the bag (underneath the large flap) was a phone holder, small built in purse and pen holder. Our bag came with a washable change mat (which felt slightly padded) and also a waterproof little bag which came in handy for dirty or wet bibs, clothes etc.
