The graphics is some of the best you get to see on not only a FPS game but any genre ... ...its pandemonium which bullets whizzing pass you and hitting others all round you, dropping like flies. Big explosions going off, ruins all around with rumble of the building everywhere, that was probably once a quite little town. Everything seems to be to a very good standard of detail from the worn out, dirty and muddy soldiers to the planes that fly over very close with its mini guns blazing away hitting the water making big splashed as if there ...

Call of Duty 2 The Big Red One is the second instalment by Activision in the Call of Duty series on Playstation 2 and Big Red One comes after the highly successful Call of Duty Finest Hour. I never really liked war games until I bought Call of Duty Finest Hour and found how brilliant that game was I couldn't wait until Call of Duty 2 Big Red One was out and it didn't let me down.
I bought the game within the first few weeks it was released about ... ...look for this game as it would represent value for money for whatever price you can find it for. This game is a brilliant game and i would guess most people would say the same but all I can say for now is...

Advantages: very realistic single player mode Disadvantages: no multiplayer
The single player mode in Call Of Duty 2 is very realistic as it is similar to battles in a real life situation. The single player mode allows you to fight in a platoon so that you are fighting with other men so you don't have to do everything by yourself. The games single player campaign takes you through the battles fought by the Americans in seperate scenarios with the infantry division called the Big Red One. However it is not like Medal of Honour ... ...makes you play the real battles through the eyes of a soldier who was there, so you can in part indure the hell that hese men had to.
Most importantly it tries to show you what these men fought for, like their country, glory and most importantly their freinds and family.
However it is slightly disapointing that the game doesn't have multiplayer mode which is a very good aspect, however it does have a very good story line which can be repeated.
