Advantages: nice sound, Smooth aim, great graphics Disadvantages: can get grainy at times , controlls take time getting used to
World At War is one of the first successful shooter for the ds. It pushes the ds to its complete limits . There is much more on screen enemies and allies than the modern warfare and has even more weapons .This version looks and feels like the last one but it makes many minor improvements that make it a much better game.Unlike the last the enemies are stronger and more plentiful making it so that you cant beat the game by just run around shooting. ... ...The story line is a little short but challenge feature and awards add more dept to the game . Going through the levels shooting up your enemies is satisfying . Using the stylus to aim works perfectly allowing you to aim for the head and get a one hit kill. You use the touch screen to adjust your view and turn. ... ...keys (or the A, B, Y, and X keys if your left-handed like me) to move forward and to strafe. Although it feels very weird the first time you play, after a while, they become very easy to use, and you can become very precise in your shots. The only downside is, if your using a DS Lite (like me) or a DSi, the controls will cramp up your hands after a while. I also feel I must mention the online multiplayer mode, as it is THE BEST online play I've experienced ...
