Unlike my daughter, who collects fragrances as if they were going out of fashion, I tend to stick to only a few fragrances which I will add to seasonally. My two favourite perfumes are Davidoff’s Cool Water Woman, which I wear regularly – along with summer variants of the scent – and Calvin Klein’s Eternity. Eternity is a fragrance that I have been a fan of ever since it launched in 1988 and it still reminds me of my youth. Advantages A lovely perfume suitable for everyone and every occassion

Having almost run out of my perfume from my birthday and last Christmas, this year on my Christmas list was more perfume, I have my favourites but I do like to try different fragrances from my regular brands. One of the perfumes I received this year was Calvin Klein, my regular fragrance is Contradiction, but this year I received the fragrance Eternity by Calvin Klein, one I have never tried before, but I was sure I would like it. Yes it's another perfume opinion and I know I said I wasn't going to go near the perfume department in Boots for a while - but I'm easily lead astray you see! I blame my sister who practically dragged me kicking and screaming towards the perfume counters in Boots over Christmas! after liberally spraying L'Eau D'Issey on one wrist and Eternity on the other I eventually succumbed to temptation a few weeks later and bought both perfumes. As stated in my previous perfume review for my birthday last year I was very fortunate in the fact that I had a great array of perfumes. One of the perfumes was Eternity from Calvin Klein from my Aunty; I had smelt this before as there always seems to be a bottle of this at my moms too. I'm a great lover of gorgeous perfumes and my dressing table drawers are bursting with an array of bottles containing luxurious fragrances. Up until a few months ago, I didn't really understand the notes contained within perfumes and would previously purchase a fragrance within minutes of spraying one of the testers. I have since learned to allow each note to fully develop and that it can take up to two hours for the full fragrance to be released. My Calvin Klein Eternity scent came in a 30ml clear bottle, with a very simple rectangular design, and a silver stopper which put me in mind of a key and lock. The presentation box also follows a simple theme, and is white with silver lettering. I got a lot of perfume last Christmas time, as various people had decided to buy me a fragrance. This is quite unusual as I tend to seldom get fragrances as gifts, but I was quite happy as most of my perfume supply was running out! One of the scents that I got was 'Eternity' from Calvin Klein which I had never tried out before. Advantages A light, feminine fragrance that isn’t overpowering
Disadvantages Can become quite sickly if too much is applied, quite expensive as it is an eau de parfum

Eternity, made by Calvin Klein is a perfume that I didn’t actually realise that I liked. This is because my English teacher at school saw fit to wear an unacceptable amount of it and the classroom always had that characteristic perfumed smell. But with school finished long ago and the bad memories of English put to the back of my mind, I find that I have rediscovered Eternity and, believe it or not, I actually like it. Advantages Lasts for ages, a true classic

My first experiece with this perfume was about four years ago, when hubby to be bought an excellent purse spray for my Christmas present about 12 days after we met. He went to his mum's that year and left me alone, but hid this under my fake silver tree. I didn't find it until he called me and told me to look for it! I am now practically guarenteed a bottle every Chrismas from someone, as I always get through it by my birthday. First, a short bit of history. This perfume was launched in 1987/8 and was a huge hit. Now i know this is my third review on perfume, but i really cannot go anywhere without a spray of perfume.
