...We had to arrange with Cannon for a replacement, after being told there woud be a 10 day wait for service. A uplift number was given.
Well today, Sunday the 8th February, the new replacement cooker arrived, all packed as it left the factory, it was unpacked and when I inspected it I found the following:
1) 4 of the timer buttons jammed in when pressed.
