...have now been returned to Cannon as being not fit for purpose. Both suffered from identical faults. The top oven took 45 minutes to get to a stable temperature which was 50deg F below the set temperature. Food was burned at the back and uncooked at the front. Judging by the other reviews here I am not alone in my negative experience of this cooker. The first problem we had was that the oven would not stay lit - the flame would go out for no reason at all and the safety mechanism would literally "click" in. Very poor quality, I would agree with most other comments. I have even complained to www.comparebase.com where I found it advertised as it is just awful quality for cooking and the build.
