We purchased a Cannon Stratford as we believed that Cannon Cookers were an excellent choice. For over a month we have been trying in vain to get a fault fixed, which began when we first used the cooker.
The flame extinguishes for no reason, and the gas still pours out as the saftey valve is faulty.
The Customer Service Centre have been disinterested and only one advisor was of assistance. The advice is always the same, 'Do not use the appliance ... ...which we are supposed not to use, though it isn't even a year old.
The engineers have missed two appointments, I waited in all day and no engineer showed up as he had been knocked unconscious and awoke after the Service Centre closed at 8p.m. Friday evening.
One engineer took apart the cooker to discover he had the wrong replacement part, and wrong model make.
I'm ringing Customer Services almost on a daily basis, and despite Trading Standards ...
