    Disadvantages Disadvantages This cooker has quality assurance issues

    Owning two of these within four months was a horrible experience. Both have now been returned to Cannon as being not fit for purpose. Both suffered from identical faults. The top oven took 45 minutes to get to a stable temperature which was 50deg F below the set temperature. Food was burned at the back and uncooked at the front. On the first the cooling fan failed to function until it unjammed itself, noisey on both cookers. The shut off flap for the top oven on both failed to operate.     Disadvantages Disadvantages Delayed uneven oven cooking

    An expensive appliance with basic design and performance faults. We are on our second cooker in 5 weeks due to fan failure. Poor and noisy burner control on the hob, either full on or so low the flame is barely visible. When the knobs say half heat the burners are at maximum, service engineer says this is normal. Undeburred pan supports are sharp. The heat settings on both ovens are wildly innacurate, our main oven requires a regulo setting of 7.5 to attain regulo 5.
