very good for travel
Review of Canon BJC 50 by Katja101

Advantages: very light and small, add on scanner
Disadvantages: bad helpdesk

I recently bought this printer because I wanted a printer that I can carry around together with laptop without having to carry an extra bag. I had a good look at various portable printers and decided to choose this particular because of its light weight, infrared device (saves messing with the cables) and the add on option of a scanner. Review of Canon BJC 50 by AlisonJClarke

Advantages: Small and compact, able to print colour and monochrome, rechargeable.
Disadvantages: It can be difficult to get paper to feed straight, a bit noisy when printing colour.

I bought the BJC-50 as I wanted a small printer that would go into my case with my laptop computer for when I went into hospital. This printer was an ideal size for that purpose. I take it into hospital whenever I go in now so that I can keep up to date with any correspondence. It is very convenient as it can be charged and then used off battery leaving you with one less cable to cope with. One problem I did have was with my paper not feeding through ... Read review
