I am not an expert on digital cameras and this is just the second one I bought. So I cannot really compare the Ixus 80 with other cameras. Nevertheless, I really like it. I am old, these buttons are easy to use with my fingers, the picture is clear and can be seen (more than I can say for my colleagues & friends cameras); and it is so easy to set up. Finally - the manual is also easy to follow - there is none of the "press these buttons" ...

I love this camera! I got it a month ago and I take it anywhere. It is really light weight and takes really good pictures. I personally recommend it. You get what you expect for it's price. I really wish they would make them in other brighter and more fun colors so they would be more attractive.
