This was one of the best printers I ever used in my business. Silent, easy to operate, no fuss. Then after just under 10,000 prints, after about 3 years use as an A3 printer of drawings, the fuser arm spindle (stainless steel) wore into the PLASTIC bearing slot giving smudged prints. I asked Canon australia about this and their answer was I had done very well getting 10,000 prints, that's a pile of paper about 5 foot high !!! Gee, i was impressed. To fix the complaint would cost about $300 and it would happen again after another 10,000 prints. Not
too good now. So there you are. Could be a great printer but left down by the company. Not recommended.
