I bought this printer around a year ago - exactly a month after I bought it, it broke. Luckily I managed to exchange it for another of the same model but two months later it broke again - this time I exchanged it for another model instead as I couldn't deal with the reliability issues any longer. This is a great value, all-round printer. The print quality is of Lab Quality standard, and not too slow either. It is very reliable, and has lots of functions, like being able to copy documents just as a photocopier would, and a card reader for printing digital photo's.
