If you do alot of faxing and then this could be a handy product. Unfortunately I dont. I bought this model to upgrade from my Pixma MP180. In reality, the only main difference between the 2 was the faxing. Print quality is very good, speed of print is good and scan quality is good. Unfortunatly I had to send mine back as I couldnt justify paying over £140 for a printer/scanner that was only marginally better than the lower priced Pixma MP180 (£45).
