Advantages: Glass lens gives great pictures Disadvantages: size and price
We bought ours in 2001 and its still going strong in 2006 !
We bought a camera of this quality as it was as expense as having a wedding photographer. The other reason is that wedding photographers may not allow you to have the pictures in soft copy as they own the copyright.
This camera has been to a few countrys by car and plane.
Easy to use control dial on the side. To be honest we mostly set it to AUTO and snap away. I would go for a 128K memory ...
