Advantages Advantages Great print quality. Easy to use. Compact for small spaces.

Disadvantages Disadvantages Slow to “wind up” when first switched on.

We recently decided to buy another printer, and after much searching and price comparisons, we bought the Canon Bubble Jet i 350 Printer, at £59.99GBP from Comet. The printer itself uses both black/white and colour ink, which, I think, is ideal for what we want to print. The printing we do includes letters, spreadsheets and photos. It measures approximately 15” wide, 7.5” high, and 6” deep. These measurements are without the paper trays being extended. The paper in feed tray extends up about 7” and the paper out tray extends about 7.5” at its full extent, but you can have only half of this ... more

Advantages Advantages Cheap, Good Looks, Speedy, Clear Prints, Crisp Edges, Cheap Cartridges

Disadvantages Disadvantages Can't Think of Any

The Canon i350 is a great printer; it is a brilliant all rounder for anyone really. It does quick black and white printing and nearly just as quick colour printing. Also on high mode it can almost be a great photo printer. Introduction = The Canon i350 has been sweeping stores recently as it has been a great discount all rounding printer, it can do everything you could need, and at a good price. It is a low consumer of energy, and can store a lot on its internal memory, so there is no slowing down your computer just to print something. It can also hold a lot of paper, and it’s ink cartridges ... more

Advantages Advantages Small, fast and very good quality.

Disadvantages Disadvantages Ink cartridges could last longer.

The Canon i350 colour printer is the perfect option for home users or small office users looking for good value, high-quality prints. The printer is generally termed as an Inkjet, but it in actual fact Bubblejet. This means that the ink on the print head is heated until it pops, and the result of that pop is printed on the page - helps maintain high standards of print quality. With a resolution of 4800 x 1200 dpi resolution (Dots Per Inch - the amount of dots in an inche of paper, standard measure of quality - the higher the better)allows for high quality prints to be made (perfect for reports ... more

Advantages Advantages compact, fast balck and colour print

Disadvantages Disadvantages ink cartiridges run out quick

The Canon i350 is a small, easy to use and very suitable for home and office use. It is called a bubblejet printer due to the ink coming out in bubbles onto the page and has a better effect than inkjet printers. With a fairly bid resolution per inch, 4800 x 1200 makes it a good printer for printing photos with or without borders, documents with high resolution pictures and almost anything you can think of. It has a pretty imperesive print rate of 16 pages per minute of black and white and an incredible rate of eleven pages per minute for colour. It can print from A4 paper sizes downwords and ... more

    5 Stars Quick review of Canon i 350 by danie209 08/12/2007
Easy to use printer. Documents are photos are of excellent quality and your documents print quickly. For your ink cartridge to last longer than normal, go to printer settings and set printing mode to draft. The quality of your printouts is just as good and you make your ink last longer. You get good value for your money, and is ideal for home and office use.

    Advantages Advantages good quality prints

Disadvantages Disadvantages quite slow and takes ages to boot up

Firstly I should let everyone know that my Canon i 350 is mainly employed to print 5 x 7 family photos and also quite a number of sheets of standard B&W documents. Photo quality on proper photo paper with the settings turned up to the maximum in the print quality settings is certainly good for a sub £60 printer. Some pixelation is visible on lighter parts of the print but from a distance the prints look of excellent sharpness and brightness. The other side to this is that the prints do take a long time to come through though , sometimes up to 3 mins for a colour print out. B&W printing is ... more
