    Advantages Advantages Price of the car was cheap.

    Disadvantages Disadvantages It took 3 attempts to get car driving properly. Horrible customer service.

    I have just bought a car from CarGiant and found it an extremely stressful and unpleasant experience. Buying a car from Car Giant is not something I would recommend that anyone does. At one stage the “customer service” people were being so unreasonable when I made a request of them that I vowed that I would share how bad my experience had been with the widest possible audience unless they at least considered my request for some sort of refund for their poor service.     Disadvantages Disadvantages service, no test drive, NO WARRANTY, quality of goods

    I have never experienced such terrible service! Attracted by seemingly reasonable prices I travelled 4.5 hours to buy one of the two cars that I had already reserved for a test drive the following morning. I was a single lady on my own and have never experienced such awful service - I was reduced to tears within half an hour of trying to deal with car giant staff! I was told I would not be driving both cars as they were too similar - pick one and they would take me out when there was someone available.     Disadvantages Disadvantages Less reliable than private sellers and reliable dealers.

    I brought a car from them, I wasn't too concerned with the experience of buying the car, nothing too eventful happened there. I brought a BMW 330d, a nice reliable car as I was going to be doing a lot of miles. Car giant claim to do a 114 point check on each car that comes in, I was happy with this and I was also happy to hear I was able to get a AA warranty to go with this to protect me from any of the risks that go with buying a second hand car.     Disadvantages Disadvantages Impersonable, dishonest, inferior cars,

    Cargiant stock thousands of cars, most of which i wouldn't touch with a barge pole. They are obviously the cars the main dealers wont touch. They are Ex lease or mobility cars, which is fine BUT most of them have a fair amount of bodywork damage. (Chips and dents). The reason they are cheaper than a main dealer is NOT because they make a small profit margin on high sales volumes, but because they buy inferior cars cheap and sell on with a good profit margin, at slightly cheeper than main dealer prices. If you are not bothered about scabby bodywork then maybe Cargiant is for you! I would like ... more

    Hello Today I am going to explain my dealing with Car Giant I purchased two cars with car giant and was very unhappy with the purchase I first brought a Mercedes A class three months after I purchased this car I had problems with the engine , I took it back to Car giant and they refused to give me my money back or to rectify the problem. To get rid of the car I purchased a more expensive car. They then arranged the loan with a black horse company and made me sign all sorts of documents.     Brilliant - Choice of cars, great deals. I bought a Ford Focus from car giant, and found them to be good value. The Sales people were helpful and I test drove 3 cars before deciding on the blue one. Its a great no frills experiance and I thouroughly recomend it!!.

    Advantages Advantages Purchased a very low mileage car for a reasonable price including part exchange.

    Disadvantages Disadvantages You are treated as if you were on a conveyor belt.

    We bought a car from Car Giant in August 07. Although slightly more than we wanted to shell out, the car was a fantastic bargain. They also offered us a reasonable price on our old car. Salesmen didn't appear keen on selling us the car and chose to base themselves behind a desk. The hassle came when we had committed to buying the car. On what appeared to be an average weekday afternoon for them, we waited a stressful 4 hours to buy the car. We continuously chased staff up who didn't seem to care less.     I went to car giant with my brother in law as he recomended them to me. Personaly i found the whole process really easy. I found my car on thier web site, it had loads of pictures of the car inside and out. I went there, my brother inlaw gave it a once over, we test drove it said yes,they then prepared it ( this did take a few hours) I paid for it and drove off. It took the best part of the afternoon/evening but they had a nice restaurant where we had somthing to eat and I went on thier free Internet for a hour or so.     Advantages Advantages Big saving, lots of choice, no pestering, warrenties, resteraunt.

    Disadvantages Disadvantages Slow due to size.

    My new BMW 320 is great. Sure, Car Giant din't fuss around but what do you expect. I personally hate being pestered by slimy salesmen. I prefer Car Giant's big choice low prices and no fuss. If you want cups of tea and lies go to a main dealer. I want my hard earned cash spent on my car not fancey car fronts. There was a wait for service but there were so many people buying. Same as MacDonald’s except Car Giant didn't make the car BMW did.     I recently bought a Car at Car Giant (White City) with the following problems: 1. Extremely poor after sales service 2. Car with a number of faults. 3. After 3 weeks of buying, car was taken in there repair shop and did not hear anything for 3 days. After numerous calls I was told nothing was wrong. The problem still persists. 4.
