All that's missng is the candy floss!!

Advantages: Good for younger children, a laid back game of fun
Disadvantages: Can't use Mii characters, not for older players

== CARNIVAL FUNFAIR GAMES == === NINTENDO Wii === I expect that there are many people looking at Wii games to buy this Christmas and are not too sure as to what will suit them best. With that in mind I decided to do a review on the Carnival Funfair Game. I have decided to create a new category for Nintendo Wii Games - simulator. As this game I'm reviewing today isn't really suitable to be classed in any of the normal catgories like first person ...
...Strength etc (All though on Carnival Games they have their own names). There are five areas to the fair (or should I say carnival), each with a few games, and unlockable super games. Take Alley Ball , if you get all the prizes necessary, you get a better version. The prize system is something that should be noted. Each game has a criteria for getting either a small, medium, or large prize. Each prize is upgradeable, and by getting three large prizes ...

Marymoose gets to shoot ducks!

Advantages: Low cost, hours of fun, good use of Wii-mote
Disadvantages: Poor graphics, some weak games, some sounds can get annoying

...Different Games === The carnival is split into different sections (alleys). Each alley has a number of games where you can win prizes and an 'Alley Arcade' game which you pay tickets to use (tickets can be won from playing the games, and can also be used to buy items to wear) - you sometimes unlock items using these as well. You will probably recognise most of these games from your childhood days. '''Fortune Way''' - consists of the games Alley ...
...I have read elsewhere on Carnival say that it is not a very good single player game and to not bother getting it unless you will play in competition mode. However, I would disagree with that. This game has brought me hours of single player fun, and there will be many more to come. Perhaps this is partly because I am very easily amused (and because I'm not particularly good at computer games) - and I have to admit I spent hours playing on Wii Play ...

Carnival funfair games are not so fun after all !!

Advantages: multiplayer but not alot else
Disadvantages: poor grafics, colour and sound

...excitement of the funfair with carnival funfair games" You can create your player from a very limited choice but you can buy more things once you have won some tickets. This is a single or multi player game, with prize mode for single and head to head or competition for multi player. I played the single player game first where you play to win tickets and virtual prizes, the tickets you use in penny pushers or grabbing machines there are a few others ...
...these the best part of the game. As you play the game and win prizes you turn them into bigger prizes this moves you closer to unlocking the extra games. This took no time at all. I then had a go on multi player and unless you have more than one remote it gets a bit annoying swapping and strapping up all the time. I found this a bit more fun than single player. This game has over 25 mini games including, dunk tank, and test your strength, hole in ...

Roll up, roll up!

Advantages: Loads of quality games, plenty of unlockables, sheer fun experience
Disadvantages: Won't last forever, some unfair difficulty

...You can't go into the carnival expecting to pitch up a tent and hang out for months on end. Nope. Just like real carnivals move on once the marks have been sapped of cash, you too will leave Carnival after a few weeks of intense, exciting, but vapid gaming. However, though the game might sit on your shelf for seasons at a time, when the time is right and the wind blows in the right direction, when you and some friends get together and the carnival ...

Test Your Strength & Shoot Some Hoops!

Advantages: Fantastic gameplay, lots of choice, only one Wii Remote required.
Disadvantages: I lost on Test Your Strength!

Carnival: Funfair Games is indeed games from the Funfair! It's fantastic to play as a single player where you can earn tickets or head-to-head or in competition mode against your friends. In head-to-head mode you can choose the games (from over 25 available) that you want to play and in competition mode 5 games will be randomly selected for you to pit your wits with your friends against. The game is quite easy to set up & only one Wii Remote is required ...
...one Wii Remote if you choose to and I would recommend this as it's save you undoing the strap and passing it over to a friend for each round as well as avoiding any 'accidental' turns taken for you (as my other half is guilty of doing regularly!). You can create your own character (up to 8) and this is very quick and simple to do. There are many games to choose from such as Shoot Hoops, Test Your Strength, Ring Toss etc and each one is very fun indeed! ...

Carnival Funfair games: Wii

Advantages: Cheap, very fun!
Disadvantages: No good for young children, and it doesn't "progress" much.

This game is so fun!!! We got it with our Wii when we bought it and we got a little addicted to it!! Its got a variety of games on it which you can play which you find at real carnivals and funfairs! Games such as Coin toss, ball in a bucket, milkbottle tumbe and loads more!! You earn points and unlock prizes and more games as you go (my favourite prize is the G-Raff on the duck hitting game!!!!!!) It can be played by up to 4 players and if you only ...
...been a great game, its cheap too!! The only thing with it, is that some of the games don't last very long, and once you've unlocked the few games extra you can get, the game doesnt progress, but that is the only fault, and as a game to play to pass the time and have a good laugh in the head to head mode, its a great game to have a good laugh with!!! I recomment it for adults and children (over 8 probably best, as you need very good hand eye coordination ...

great fair games

Advantages: for all the family
Disadvantages: Using one remote can create problems

All our family loved this game. It was easy to play and a real family game. We could all play with our own wii remote, or all of us using one remote. When using one remote, you had to be careful passing to the next player, as one flick of the remote could play part of the next persons go which was a bit frustrating. Some games were a bit difficult. But for alot of them once you got the nack of it they were great fun. Playing solo meant you could ...
...But mostly we played as a family. Some of the games once played in single mode unlocked bigger varieties of the same game. For example Mini golf with extras and skittles. There are lots of different typical fair games, for example: Dunk Tank - Use the wii to throw the ball to hit a target and knock the man into the water - target gets smaller each time you knock him in. Test your strength - shake the wii to build up power, when power is high ...

Hours of fun at the Carnival

Advantages: Great addictive game
Disadvantages: None

...I bought it on Sunday. Carnival is a game that is pretty much explained in the title. There are around 25 little mini games to play from ring toss to test of strength. You can play in single player mode where you play to win prizes of various sorts, which then unlock various outfits you can wear. All silly little things like at the moment in the game I think my character is wearing snowshoes, a sheriff badge and a Viking helmet, all of which I think ...
...it includes all the carnival games they used to play as a child. I am so pleased I chose this game when I went into the shop on Sunday and I would seriously recommend it if you are looking for a game to have endless amounts of fun with. 10/10 ...

All the fun of the Fair...only without the fun

Advantages: A wide variety of mini games
Disadvantages: lacking in fun

...form. Ok they looked like carnival stalls but they really didn't look like they had taken much imagination to come up with. I wasn't too put off buy the graphics, having grown up when computers were in their infancy and having played vast amounts of truely addictive games with graphics that in todays computer world would make you laugh, I tend to judge a game on it's gameplay. Sadly this was a let down too. We tried several of the mini games, and ...
...any kind of spark to bring them to life. There was no sign of asense of humour or fun, unlike the games of say Wario Ware Smooth Moves. We very quickly got bored and gave the game back to my friend, happy in the knowledge that we hadn't had to pay anything for it. In my opinion, one to avoid. ...

Advantages: Really fun to do and its multiplayer too.
Disadvantages: None.

MY THOUGHTS ON THE GAME Do you own a Wii console then get this game. I own this game and its a great fun and you can spend hours on here having lots of fun. WHAT ITS ABOUT You make up the characters and then get playing. The more points and tickets you get the more you get to unlock in the costumes section for the characters. This can range from pirates hat and eye patch, to silly things like elephants feet. As your playing the game you may come ...

...One of my favourite games is game a called alley ball. Alley ball is where you roll and you have to make it go into these holes and you get points for which hole it goes down. The smaller the hole the more points you get. You can win prizes for you time but these are all virtual prizes. Good thing is that the games aren't neccessarily easy and take time and skill to do which makes you want to master the game and will make you play it over and over ...
