Advantages: Great for kids and you Disadvantages: NONE AT ALL
Cartoon network well what is it you may ask well for those that have not sussed it out by the title then here we go on a full run down of what a great channel it is not only for kids but for the child in you. The Cartoon Network is available on Sky and Digitial TV channels usually free with a basic package and in my view is the best childrens channel around. It plays cartoons 24 hrs a day which has really been a god send when my daughter has been ... ...snakes but a sort of cartoon come film programme about a girl called you got it who has a real enemy at school in the form of Ninette Manour who is rich and spoilt. Gina Lash the fat one and Johnny Eranie are her friends and are always out to avenge NINNIE POP as they call her. Advantages: LARE SELECTION OF PROGRAMMES TO WATCH, NOT REPEATED TOO OFTEN Disadvantages: CAN BECOME ADDICTIVE!

Angela Anaconda – when I fist saw this, I was a bit bemused. To me, it loos like cut outs from magazines, but the strange thing is, it looks like they’ve used actual human body bits as well. They eyes of the characters and the mouths are human which actually makes it seem a bit creepy. The characters are as follows – Angela Anaconda – the main character – quite bright, always in conflict ... ...to the start again. With cartoon network, this isn’t so. There is a continuous run of cartoons – from what I’ve seen, there aren’t many (if any) that are repeated in the day. The only ones I seem to see a lot of the same are things like Tom and Jerry – big an old cartoon, there are limited ones they can show. There is no doubt in comparing these channels but it is still better watching Cartoon Network than these stupid and boring soap opera’s Their were days when we used to enjoy watching He-man, Mickey Mouse and Donald Duck shows on the Doordarshan. ...finally doing this opinion on Cartoon Network.
He’s been watching me writing my ops on Lycos, Virgin and others and was pestering the life out of me to do this one.
My son spends at least 2 hours a day on website of Cartoon Network and I have grown accustomed to the site, due to my having to stand next to the computer and trying to cajole him to letting me use it (the computer).
There are many sites, available on the Internet, for children. ... ...of games all based on cartoon characters.
Download time is usually between 5-10 minutes, depending on the server speed, and you are kept abreast of the progress of download by a meter showing the percentage downloaded so far.
Shockwave is used to run these games and once a game is downloaded, you can disconnect the line and play the games at any time.

The fault I find with cartoon network is that they
repeat each cartoon that day several times, yes several times and I am not joking at all.
Why don't they bring some of the older one's back
to fill up the programmes on cartoon network so you don't have to watch the same old cartoons over

They give a wide choice of cartoons from the old classic Tom and Jerry, Scooby Doo to the new ones produced by them such as Angela Anaconda. Cartoon network is a channel that broadcasts on sky digital(i don't know about the other broadcasters). It broadcasts on Sky on channel 601 and provides cartoons 24 hours a day. It provides literally hundreds of cartoons a day, from dexters laboratory to the powerpuff girls. This channel is great for kids, it keeps them occupied all day(which can be a bad thing). Put the cartoon network channel on, plays the best cartoons 24 hours a days. Available on Sky it’s a brilliant channel to entertain the little ones, with everything from the Flintstones, to Tom and Jerry to new ones like Pokemon. This channel is great for kids, especially those that watch nothing but cartoons because this channel is full of 24 hour cartoons. I couldn't believe it at first but truly they show cartoons even at 3am in the morning so I guess it is for big kids too. Don't think that there will be any adult cartoons on this channel though, it is purely for kids. I really enjoy the scooby doo classics which are a real riot. However, there are too many ads on this ...

...am writing this review on Cartoon Network's website. I used to check out Cartoon Network's website when I was a lot younger. I checked it out again recently and I have to say, it has lost its enjoyment value. This website would be a great way of entertaining your kids and keeping them entertained for a long time at that. It is full of great, fun games that your kids are bound to enjoy. The games are all based on the cartoons that are shown on the ... ...fun but also very educational which is a huge bonus, as it helps the kids learn whilst doing something they really enjoy. Overall, I think that Cartoon Network has a great TV channel and has an amazing website that everyone should check out. I would recommend it to anyone. ...

The ever famous twenty-four cartoon network has been broadcasting for years on satellite television, it even has it's own partner
channel 'cartoon network plus' for Sky Digital. It's shows such as 'Dexters Laboratory', 'Johnny Bravo' and 'Digimon' which have
kept young faces (and others) happy. There's many different cartoons, the problem though is the number of repeats - there are
new episodes of series but not often, you find yourself shouting ... ...channel package from most TV services, cartoon network is essential for those morning afters
when your kids get up at 7am and you can only just open your eyes.

cartoon network is BRILL!!! it may not be so good, or have such a wide range of programs as nicalodeon, but it is still original, funny and suitable for ALL ages [ well sort of!!! ]
some people may find it a bit boring, unoriginal and pathetic, but in the world of cartoons, its quite hard to not be the same as another program, so i recon its brilliant...
