    I was initially worried about buying a Casio camera because the brand isn't as well known as say Canon or Nikon. However, I was persuaded after reading several favourable reviews and I have to say that so far I've been absolutely delighted with it. It's stylish in design, but slightly chunkier than some other compact cameras. However, it's still small and light enough to be carried around easily (although too big to fit in a pocket).     I bought this camera in May 2005 and it has definitely paid for itself. It's especially good for taking still pictures (flowers etc) and you will be so impressed with them that you shouldn't need the likes of photoshop to make your pictures look professional. You won't be disappointed, this is a very good camera! I would say the downsides are that the camera doesn't come with a case and the music recorder isn't particularly good, having said that, if you record a video, the audio quality it unexplainably better!
