...more accurate reading, in fact Casio recommend that you take the watch off and allow it to stand on its own for several minutes to get that reading, the compass works on Magnetic north so if you are trying to work it around equipment that work on magnetic fields like speakers and TV's etc...then you would not have a realistic reading !!...bearing these facts in mind it is still a fascinating gadget. I suppose you're wondering how much this little ... ...anything between, lots of places in the USA who will ship to the UK so if you are tempted....SHOP AROUND, there are bargains to be had...the Casio Pro Tech series of watches are serious gear for you outdoor freaks or gadget folk alike...definitely worth considering

Advantages: Arguably the best looking mens watch ever. Large clear display, Solar powered,Enough functions to keep you informed/amused forever. Disadvantages: Not G-Shock nor Atomic clock (via radio signal) contolled. You certainly need instuctions here as well.
...watches in the past including Casio G-Shock, Citizen Eco-Drive Skyhawk Titanium,Seiko Automatic (an old one) and several more basic Casio models.
It is in my opinion an absolute triumph of design and style. A large clear display and easy to use-once you've checked out that instuction manual.
One thing which is very important is that the Altimeter readings etc are a guide.Don't rely on them for critical measurements. The watch is good....but not ...
