...am *slightly* addicted to the Tigi range of products and as such have a lot of experience using their main two haircare ranges, BedHead and Catwalk. I've used all except one of their shampoos so I'll be able to give a very fair opinion of this compared with their other shampoos, should you be interested (!)

I originally bought this shampoo in a mini gift size set, but I liked it so much that I have repurchased it in ... ...the funky packaging in the Tigi ranges. The lid has a pop up function like the cap on a sports drink bottle which makes it easy to undo and close even when your hands are wet. ...which is part of the Tigi family, and is one of the BedHead products, which has been going for a few years now and has been advertised in the media as a modern, trendy and young product for hair.
Tigi products are not tested on animals and they try to make sure that none of their ingredients have been either.
The animal testing thing is a big one for me. I only need to walk into super drug to realise how many different bloody shampoos there are ... ...unnecessary it is. Knowing that Tigi do not test on animals really boosts my confidence in their moral as a company and in their products as a whole. It's nice to think that it's a brand who thinks along the same lines as me.
Catwalk is a wide range of hair products which includes different shampoos and conditioners, in different funky colours, all with there own unique smell.
Each shampoo has a matching conditioner, hair moose, gel etc making ...

...If you visit the Tigi site, and other salon websites there is sometimes a special offer, so maybe you can find it cheaper. Please note that it will take between 3 to 5 days to deliver or if you are in a hurry, you can pay extra (usually before 11 am) for same day delivery; otherwise you can always find it in good hairdressing salons. This is not available in Supermarkets or local shops.

When you open it for the first time it's very difficult, it was very tightly pushed down and I struggled to open it; with frequent use it became easier to open.

Advantages: Smells good enough to eat and makes your hair seem fuller. Disadvantages: Costs a lot and is difficult to buy on the High Street.

p.s. I was going to leave this bit out but can't stop myself. If you think the price is reasonable just think about this, petrol is pretty damn expensive - BUT - a gallon of this shampoo would cost you nearly a HUNDRED POUNDS!!! In answer to a comment, I must also add that this product does not burn your head, although I have never tried ... ...nor any other part of your anatomy. Thankyou. Personally I have nothing against anyone buying this product, I am just glad I scrounged a bottle for the review, and not actually bought one. However, I rather think you would need more money than sense - JUST MY OPINION! ...

I used to use tigi oatmeal and honey conditioner on my locks but found it too heavy for my fine but highlighted hair, also a developed a skin reaction which totally put me off!! LOL
I decided to try this after advice from my hairdresser, and I really do find salon brands better for my hair. I have the type of fine hair that as soon as it gets wet it is a nightmare to comb.
It has got a fruity smell, quite nice and not overpowering and the texture ... ...a moisturising shampoo.
I wasn't disappointed - I have long hair and a little shampoo went a long way and lathered up great - my hair felt clean and managable and combed through a treat!
I also used the matching conditioner and afterwards was in hair heaven - no greasy heavy locks at the roots or dry ends and after using now for over a year I have had no reaction to my skin.
I thoroughly recommend you try this along with the conditioner if you ...

I usually think that designer label shampoos give a very similar result to cheaper brands - but I have to admit this one, along with other products from the 'Fashionista' range, was a pleasant surprise. It left my hair very shiny, without feeling greasy and had a lovely smell. It also did not weigh my hair down which some products seem to do.
I also only had to use a small amount to get a good result and it gave a nice rich lather.

The Tigi Catwalk Fashionista line of hair care products are packaged in an eye-catching, energetic manner and appealed to me immediately. Although a little more pricey than my usual brands, the packaging together with the brand's reputation persuaded me to give it a go and I bought the shampoo, conditioner together with a styling product.
The shampoo is an attractive purple colour, engagingly squidgy to the touch and smells just yummy, like sweet ... ...me!)
When used, the shampoo lathers really well and releases that lovely scent all over the bathroom. It was easy to rinse and left my hair feeling extremely clean with none of that residue you sometimes get.
When I'd dried my hair, it was shiny and it felt really silky and in great condition.
I'd recommend this shampoo as I've enjoyed using it and will buy it again! ...

This fantastic brand of shampoo is not only for the salons but for the home as well. It smells like fruit and is a truely fantastic shampoo. It leaves your hair feeling soft and silky and smelling so nice that you could mistake it for actual fruit. It makes your hair shine and shows off any natural highlights (or dye) you may have aquired. The pricing for a bottle of this shampoo is not bad either.
