Advantages: Moisturizing, easy-glide, durable Disadvantages: Limited range of shades, price
There seemed to be a phase when cream blushers were very thin on the ground, with major cosmetic brands offering them here and there. Of all those I’ve tried, Chanel’s Aquablush beats the competition hands down, for some really simple reasons. The blush itself is extremely light and glides onto the cheeks very easily. Blending it in is just as simple and requires very little effort. If you want a more vivid shade, just add more.
This is not a cream ... ...on the skin, but nor is it a blush that is as thick as something like Clinique’s cream blushers (in fact, the Body Shop cream blushers were lighter than Clinique). It means that getting the right amount on my face and blended takes as little time and effort as possible, with my cheeks benefiting from a more moisturising option to the plethora of powder blushers or heavier creams.
The cost of the Aquablush probably reflects its superior quality, ...

This wonderful blusher is superb! I have been using it almost every day for the past 6 months and it's still going strong. It may be a bit pricey but when things last that long, you don't mind paying extra. The blusher glides on easily and has a very soft, creamy consistency. For a subtle pale pink glow, Rose is the ideal colour. You only need to dab it a couple of times on each cheekbone and then blend. You can apply it over foundation, powder or ...
