I bought my bottle of Charles Worthington Results Straightening Balm last year (sorry! Had previously written a couple of years ago, and hadn't realised - this is actually wrong, thanks to Lolette for pointing it out!) in a 3 for 2 offer at Boots. I think it cost me about £6 for 3 bottles of stuff, including the straightening shampoo and conditioner, which I thought was quite a good deal, as they were all large bottles containing 200ml of product ... Advantages: the bottle is a cute shade of pink (well i had to write something!)
Disadvantages: thick consistency is hard to apply to hair

...which is part of the Charles Worthington take-aways range. It comes in a pale pink plastic bottle and has a screw top lid, with one of those little flick down things, so you can dispense the balm onto your hand. Price It costs around £1.60 for the travel size (75ml) bottle from Boots. How does it compare to similar products? I have always used Umberto Gianini straightening creme in the past, which i find much better as it is easily applied ... Read review
