Advantages: Works well as hairspray. Disadvantages: Doesn't do what it's suppost to & smells icky!
...the 3 for 2 on Charles Worthington products I thought it was the ideal time to stock up on hair gear. As I blow-dry my hair every day I thought that this would be ideal to give it a bit of life. Like the rest of the products in the Results range of Charles Worthington products, the blow dry spray promises to drastically change hair. This particular product will give your hair lift, hold, shine and more body. But does it work?
I went for the whole ... ...noticed with lots of the Charles Worthington Result range product is that the smell isn’t particularly pleasant. It’s slightly chlorine-y, almost like a swimming pool. I can’t use it if I’m hung over as the smell’s just too much! It comes in a lovely lilac coloured bottle containing 200ml. It’s not an aerosol but unusually has a pump spray thing which seems to work fine. For your 200mls you’re going to have to fork out around four pounds, which isn’t ...

Advantages: revives flat hair, smells great Disadvantages: none
...reasonable cost.
I came across Charles Worthington's Results, it is excellent.
I have been using this Blow-Drying spray for over a year now. I discovered it at Boots the Chemist whilst out shopping for some hair products. My hair in the morning looks like Stan Laurel's all messy and spikey, so I needed a styling product which could calm it down quickly. The product made by Charles Worthington is fantastic, it comes in a plastic bottle , slightly ... ...to me it's like a perfume with a slight tinge of coconut. You probably won't think the same as me, but that's how it smells to me. Advantages: Cheap, small "Take Aways" bottle is great for holidays Disadvantages: Too artificial - lots of alcohol in it which is drying
I couldn't resist the cute packaging and dinky size of CW's Take Aways range, and as I have naturally quite thick and untameable hair, I thought the blow dry make over spray would be ideal. you just spray it on damp hair, blast with a dryer, et voila! It can also be used on dry hair as a freshen up but I wouldn't recommend this as blow drying dry hair is a no-no. It smelt quite artificial but in a pleasant enough way. I did notice however that it ... ...real noticeable improvements to my hair, although it smelt nicer and possibly could have looked smoother but that may have just been me convincing myself it did something!!
However I have tried other CW Take Aways products and a tip for you all out there is the frizz taming serum for either normal or fine hair (green top) or coarse/frizzy hair (pink top). This product, when applied sparingly to hair when damp, leaves my hair sooooooo nice and shiny ...

Advantages: Small takeaways good for travelling, increases shine, decent styling Disadvantages: Doesn't last long
I bought one of these takeaway size bottles for another of my many trips. And I'm impressed. Size -wise, this is just perfect to fit into my travel bag. It comes in a cutesy little lilac bottle, with a nozzle spray. The spray itself should be applied to wet hair when drying. It is meant to smooth and shine, which it does. It certainly makes my hair look flatter and less fussy. You can also use it to pep up your hair, by spraying it on to dry hair ...
