Advantages Advantages Easy to clean, folds flat whaen not in use, adjustable

    Disadvantages Disadvantages None

I had looked at many baby walkers that other people had. Most of them did not very strong or stable. I had heard that they are not the best thing for your baby because you are making baby walk before baby is ready. A friend said to me that walkers have been used for years and if you look at children and adults that have been in them they are all right. That put my mind at rest so I decided to get one. I wanted a stable one and one that would be more than just a baby walker. I was actually given the Chicco baby walker. Although it had been used it was in very good condition. This made me feel ... more

Advantages Advantages sturdy and brightly coloured

    Disadvantages Disadvantages none

At first I was in two minds whether to buy a baby walker at all as a lot of people don't think they are very safe. I didn't have any problems with my first child apart from the fact he got easier access to things he should'nt have like my cd's etc but as far as safty was concerned I had no trouble at all. In the baby book I recieved when I was pregnant the second time it said that 52 out of 54 baby walkers tested were unsafe but it did not state the makes and names of the two safe ones. We decided to go ahead and buy one anyway as our first child loved his walker. We first went to Mothercare ... more

Advantages Advantages Height adjustable, very stable, attractive, includes activity centre on tray

Disadvantages Disadvantages A little on the pricey side

Compared to other ones we had looked at it looked more stable, not as garish in colour and came complete with a activity centre which could be removed from the tray so it wasn't always 'in her face' as it were. We bought it online from John Lewis and were very pleased with it as soon as it arrived. It had an adjustable height setting which could be locked off very safely and easily, the seat was very padded unlike some others we had seen and it folded down flat so ... more

Advantages Advantages Sturdy, nice colours, keeps baby amused

    Disadvantages Disadvantages none

My mum bought this for my oldest son when he was 9months old. He loved it, but did spend more time playing with the activity center. But when my second son got to 9months old, i got it from the loft and he loved it. It really helped him learn to walk. Its had alot of use from both my sons and is still in execelent condition. This is suitable from 9months plus. Great for baby as they learn to take their first steps. As they push it along it plays music and lights flash. Its also a activity center, with 3different shapes and balls. Baby must place them through the holes. Its great for hand eye ... more
