    Choiceful.com were contacted via their web site on 16 October 2009 regarding a product "First Cutlery Set Windsor" Catalogue No: 81778:- http://www.choiceful.com/choiceful-id-11​0041-Grunwerg-First-Cutlery-Set-Windsor.​html. I was informed that this product was the "New" pattern and was NOT informed that there was NO stock of this item. I placed an order for 7 of the above item and to make a carriage paid order I added items that matched this "Cutlery Set" so I would have a full set.     I ordered some chrome hinges back in April 09. The money was deducted from my bank account by Nochex straight away once the order was placed. I still haven't received my order and have emailed Choiceful several times both via the website and other email addresses and have had no response. The telephone numbers are either engaged or ring out until you are cut off. I have shopped on line for something like 10 years. Don't be fooled by the professional looking website with masses of products and customer service stats. The customer service is non existent and the tracking of orders and complaints ... more

    I made my first order with Choiceful at the end of Nov, expecting it to take up to a week. Afterwards I browsed through the site a bit, impressed with the range of items. Why not buy a few more things for the home... so once again I went through the checkout, no hassles there, Order No. 2 done and dusted. Fast forward a couple of weeks later, I get a call from the place I used to live (which I used as my billing address)... they received my second order.     Helloooo pals, I am a frequent buyer on the internet and prefer buying on the web rather than wasting time fiddling around on the roads.There are a couple of things I liked about this website. To start with . More than pleasing prices they offer goods for. Choice at every stage : Choose from the variety they offer for each single product, choose the mode of delivery that suits your pocket.Pleased with the efficient packaging.     DO NOT BUY from these people * The website lists items as in stock when they are not. * The telephones are constantly engaged. * Their warehouse is registered as a 2nd floor office! * They tell you they have refunded you and the money doesn't reach your account. * They say (only when you ask by email and eventually get an answer), the refund hasn't happened due to a technical error. *They say the stock levels on the website are due to a technical error.     A nice simple website where I found what I was looking for at a great price. I was disappointed when I did not receive a reply the day i posted a question about the product but it was answered the next day which was good. The product was delivered next day as promised though and was intact. TOP CLASS!! The customer services is EXCELENT as per my knowledge. The services are professional and courteous which was nice to find. The delay apparently was caused by a backlog or something...all in all, I would surely buy from this store again due to its simple and quick and prompt delivery as promised ... more

    I ordered a Large garden clock on Ebay from Choiceful.com The bar code and order was confirmed by Email. A few days later I received from Choiceful.com a garden thermometre . I Telephoned and was told to return the thermometre, which I did to the address on the package same as that given on the phone.. 2 week slater I have not received my clock. I emailed and was asked for the bar code of the item sent. I sent it I also returned with the thermometre a copy of the invoice containing the bar code of another item, a clock but not the clock I ordered.     We bought a toaster that we fancied . The service we received from the seller was first class well packed in perfect condition and is working very well, what more could we want? I liked the look of it because it contrasted with all my kitchen equipment. I bought one as a present too!! seen the same product in local shop loved it found it here on Choiceful a lot cheaper. Top class seller, next day delivery ingenius packing. What more can i say? I was so satisfied with the product that i again bought the toaster for my sister for Christmas, she'd said she would love one but they were about £50 ... more

    I regularly buy from choiceful.com their prices are probably one of the cheapest, if not the cheapest, I’ve seen on the web. I was once sent the wrong item. I ordered a couple of rather expensive and posh cooking utensils for my new kitchen but they sent me a brand new bin worth about 80-quid, when I contacted them, being the ever so honest girl I am, they said “Sorry about the mistake, keep the bin and we’ll send you the utensils for free” Just thought I’d share my excellent experience with you all!     A dreadful experience from an awful Company. For the first time in a while I forgot to check out reviews of a Company before dealing with them - oh how I have regretted it! Choiceful.com advertised one price on it's website, but when I ordered it sent me an e-mail quoting a different (increased) sum and added 'services' I hadn't requested. I opted for 24 hour delivery, but 4 days on and I am still waiting to see if the ordered goods will ever turn up. I have called the Company to complain, they are completely disinterested in providing a decent level of service. It seems like there are only 1 ... more
