Choices Direct

This website is great, the prices are highly competitive when compared to that of giants play.com and amazon.co.uk. As a loyal follower of play I decided to investigate other e-commerce sites and honestly didnt think I would find anything as good as this. I have found that roughly about 75% of the items I would want to buy are actually cheaper on choicesdirect than on play.com. Furthermore choices has a reward scheme which relates to another company called ipoints. For every £1 you spend you get 1 ipoint. It wasn't until I moved down from Scotland to Yorkshire that I first heard of Choices and then they were known as the competition as my partner was a manager for Blockbusters at the time so I didn't really go in as we got discount and free rentals. When my partner got a better job and we moved back up to Scotland we started looking to other companies for buying dvds. THE RANT / SERVICE As a disclaimer, let me say that my boyfriend has ordered stuff from Choice several times and never had any trouble. However. Last week I Kelkoo'd a video game for my sister for xmas. It turned out to be about £1 cheaper on Choice than on my usual site for this kind of thing, so I decided to go with them. Kelkoo stated clearly that the game was in stock, so you can imagine my surprise when I received an email two days later saying 'unfortunately your game is not in stock at the moment. I recently oredered with Choices Direct, they were way cheaper than everywhere else. I thought that they were great offering me such a good deal. I was wrong. They took 5 days to process my order! 5 Days, if i ordered somewhere else i would have had it in 3 days!! 1 week later and it arrived. I was very dissapointed in the company and will aim not to use them again. However all was not bad, they were easy to contact by phone, and were more than willing to help me.
