Circulon Roaster With Rack

This item is not user friendly. Very awkward high handles which become so hot. Difficult to lift out of oven without bumping wrist or arm on the handles, three of my family burnt themselves on it. Not suitable for making gravy the traditional way by browning flour and pan juices etc. I am from a family of cooks, this looked good but on closer inspection, most of the weight appears to be in the handles, it is very "tinny". Handles take forever to cool down it is very easy to bump handle while sitting on bench top when you are cleaning up. Not impressed at all. Have had other Circulon products ... more
