...that's not a problem with Citibank in the UK, or indeed anywhere in the world. Citibank uses the VISA cash network which is every cash machine in the UK. Every cash machine in the UK - for no fee. If you don't mind not using a branch network (although you can pay in at Lloyds TSB Branches) and are comfortable with telephone and internet banking, it's the ideal account. ...strongly recommend against opening a citibank account, and if you have one, then my recommendation would be to close it. Recently a cheque for £5,000 went missing after it was payed in at a Lloyds branch (this is how you pay money into citibank accounts).
