Herbal Essences is a hair care range. This particular product is a shampoo, which has been specifically designed for coloured hair. It is supposed to replenish your hair making it more manageable. It has conditioners in it to protect your hair leaving it radiant and healthy. So in short it is supposed to get your hair clean and condition ... ...say when Herbal Essences changed their packaging I didn't realise it was there product as it was a radical change. At the start I thought it made the product seem cheaper. Since then I have changed my mind. The bottle is funky with a fluorescent green lid and trendy pink in colour. The writing on the bottle is in white, which is clear to read, and the Herbal Essence logo, which is a circle, is a hologram of green lines. It looks very modern and girlie. ...

Advantages: Smells fabulous Disadvantages: Made my scalp irritated and dry
At the moment, my hair is dyed black. I use a box dye which is cheaper than having it done professionally but I'd still like it to stay put for as long as possible without becoming dull and faded. I decided to step away from Aussies for a while and try the newly packaged Herbal Essences 'Colour Me Happy'. I can overall say that I've been left with an irritated and itchy scalp. I never suffer from dry skin, nor am I sensitive but Herbal Essences has ... ...salon and am still scratching away flakes of dry skin. It wasn't so much 'oh, oh, oh!' in my shower routine, moreso 'ow, ow, ow!'. Herbal Essences is used by a lot of my friends but I know I didn't get on with it at all, and it didn't prevent my colour from fading, either.
