In the bath
- Pour a capful of the product under running water (37°C/98.6°F max for optimal treatment action).
- Spread foam over body and inhale deeply to benefit from the aromatic action.
- Relax in your bath for 10-15 minutes.

In the shower

Advantages: Smells wonderful, helps you relax, lots of bubbles. Disadvantages: The cost, the scent may not be to everyones taste.

...wise to splash out on Clarins products - I'd be much better off with a shower gel from the super market but I just can't do it! I physically cannot pick up a £1.99 shower gel and purchase it, I really do think I need help! I discovered Clarins about 2 years ago when my mum got given some shower gel as a Christmas present, seeings as she is very fussy and will only use Clinique products she decided against using this and made the very wise choice ... ...cups of tea that day!). Clarins is a French based company whose products are considered luxuorious and available worldwide. It was set up in 1954 as a beauty treatment centre in Paris but has since developed a huge range of beauty and skin care products.

Advantages: Well, it looks lovely on my bathroom shelf ... Disadvantages: Wreaks like you wouldn't believe, doesn't lather well
...a rather bulging basketful of Clarins goodies under our Christmas tree last year from Brian and delighted at the fancy packaging itself for longer than is probably healthy. However, our bathroom was undergoing major transformations and we went without a bath for some time (oh, ha ha - we had the shower!) but it just doesn't feel like a luxurious haven does it when there are no tiles on the wall, no flooring to speak of and the wind is whistling like ... ...the shelf .....
Introducing Clarins Relax Bath & Shower Concentrate. To you and I that basically equates to "shower gel". It looks very classy, and even quite expensive. It is contained in a see through plastic bottle, oval in shape with a chunky white flip open top -embossed in gold lettering Clarins on the top. ...is by far the best. Clarins relax bath and shower concentrate relaxes and calms the body and soothes the mind.
The product produces a light foam which is rich in extracts of thyme,linden, hawthorn and St Johns Wort.It also contains aromatic oils icluding camomile, geranium and basil.
I mainly use Clarins relax bath andshower concentrate after a stressful day at workor after exercise. It is particuly good after exercise as it helps to soothe aching ... ...in the bath ad shower but prefer to use it in the bath as you get to soak in the product making it more beneficial.
Clarins bath and shower concentrate retails at around £12.50 for 200ml which is quite expensive but worth itfor the way it makes you feel. ...

...ache, especially when combined with Clarins Relax Oil.
Like all Clarins products it contains natural ingredients including basil (good for nervous system), chamomile (anti-inflammatory & healing plant), orange (good antiseptic and used in aromatherapy), horse chestnut (great for tired legs and prevent varicose veins), thyme, mint (helps to relax), and geranium (soothing properties), St. John's Wort (mouisturiser), hops (stimulant).
However, I probably ... ...price (£14.00 for 200ml bottle), which I am not prepared to pay on a regular basis. It lasts for about 3 weeks just like any other shower gel and I think, I will be more relaxed knowing that I don't have to spend this amount of money on a shower gel and can enjoy one of the simple brands available everywhere.
Although it claims to reduce appearance of "spongy" skin,I haven't notice any difference to my skin after using it or maybe I am not "spongy" ...
