    As you can tell, spots arent my favourite thing in the world, but spot treatments are. I must have tried many of the ones out there, so I feel duly qualified to talk about them :). Clearasil claims it 'boosts your skin defence' Tell me, whats so good about this spot treatment? ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Well, most spot creams and lotions are designed to be but on in the morning after washing your face, not very good if the side effect of these creams is skin reddening and peeling.     Being stressed and pre menstrual makes my face break out in angry spots, not a very attractive thing. The usual tea tree oil doesn’t seem to shift them, so I bought some of this Clearasil gel. It cost £3.50 for a small tube of 30ml (I got mine from a discount chemist though, it’s probably more in Boots), which should last at least a few months, even if you use it every day, because you only need to use a small amount. I’ve tried a lot of different spot treatments and most of them are either so weak they do nothing, or so harsh that they strip my skin raw red. So I was keen to see how this one ... more
