Advantages: makes face soft Disadvantages: expensive
I love Clinique product, the only bad thing is the sales staff, but we're not here to hear about that! Years ago I went to a clinique stand in my local Boots and they analysed my face, told me what product were suitable for me, took about £40 from me for 3 items, gave me some freebies and sent me on my way. Boots keep a hold of your profile, so when I went into Boots in Edinburgh, gave them my details they brought up my profile, and tried to harrass ... ...point here. The thing about Clinique is that they are keen to give you free things, which they call Bonus Time. Normally how it works is if you buy 2 items then you can get a current freebie, so I normally wait and buy my things 2 at a time, because free is always good - right? In the freebie pack I got 7 trial sized products and the 7 day scrub was in it. The tube I got was 30ml, and the normal sized 1 is 100ml. Last I knew the full sized tube cost ...

Advantages: Moisturises and exfoliates Disadvantages: quite expensive
...since I started using the clinique three-step (soap/cleanser/moisturiser) became concious that I wasn't exfoliating my face properly.
I got a free sample of teh 7 day scrub cream, and I assume (although I can't be sure!) that you are supposed to use it once a week as part of your skin-care routine. That's what I do anyway!
I normally use it in the shower, so my face is already wet through, and squeeze a small amount of the product onto my hand. ... ...look like it was going to be able to exfoliate very well, as it wasn't 'lumpy' it appeared more like a cream.
The micro-beads are so tiny that you can only feel them, but not see them. It is quite creamy, and moisturising, and doesn't really smell of anything. It doesn't dry skin as much as some exfoliating scrubs do, and seems to moisturise it instead. I don't have particularly sensitive skin, but think this would be ok if you did have.
