The colors are very sheer and smooth. They cover very evenly, yet are sheer enough to be worn as a gloss. They all have very moist, shiny quality to them. As usual, Clinique® is hypoallergenic. This is one of the best lipsticks I've tried. You know how with some lipsticks, you end up looking too severe and made-up? Well, problem solved. They call this "almost lipstick" because thats what it is! More sophisticated than a gloss, but not as serious as a lipstick, its perfect for any occasion
I have it in "Black Honey" which is fantastic and I've almost finished up the tube. My skin is medium-light with yellow undertones. This color really ... ...out it being "whoa!" Most of my friends have borrowed this lipstick one time or another and it looks amazing on all of them. They describe it as "it really makes your lips POP".
