...of those.. this ones about Clinique Soap.. anyway so the moon landing was faked, I know this because I found Buzz Aldrin on my chin in one of my pore like craters. The Clinique facial soap is advertised usually as part of the Clinique three step program (clinique cleanse, clinique tone, clinique moisturize) which always makes me feel like I have my own personal trainer. Cleanse Emma, Cleanse. Tone that face - tone harder! I have tried this several times but its not for me - I have a side affair with a different moisturizer which doesn't seem to yell at me. So despite heavy advertising you ...

Advantages: Actually work to reduce oil, compact Disadvantages: Not good on all skins, part of a routine (althoough you do get used to it)
My experience with the Clinique Facial Soap was an eye opener! When you first think of cleaning your face with soap, (well myself at least) I was actually quite negative as normal soaps can dry your skin and alter the natural production of oils within the face, therefore not seeming te best option. However the lady at the Clinque counter was quick to intervene.
Who is it recommended for?

The Facial Soap is recommended ... ...to purchase and price
********************************
Clinique products can be purchased from most major department stores such as House of Fraser and Debenams, to stores such as Boots (often the larger retail stores). Once you have found the products right for you, it is easy to order online. Prices are either £9.50 or £12 dpending on the size you opt for. To be honest the price is great given that a normal bar of soap lasts for absolutley ages ...

...3Step Type 1,2 programme from Clinique (see my review if you wish), which left me believing this regime of wash, exfoliate, moisturize with the Clinique products was just fodder, freeing innocent people of their hard earned cash, but I was wrong in the end. Yes, 'open-mouth-insert-foot' kind of wrong, and boy am I glad I was! I always liked Clinique products, and had been disappointed when the 3Step programme didn't work for me, but there was a reason ... ...So why did I give Clinique a second chance? I received the 3Step programme for my skin type from my mum as a gift, she bought it for me in the States as it was much cheaper, and she knew I used some Clinique products.

The soap I am now using is for skin type III/IV, known as 'extra-strength oily skin formula'. It is available as Three Little Soaps (three bars each @ 50g), as a 100g or 150g bar, with or without dish. The soap itself ...

...is that people such as Clinique are finally giving us chaps something to shout about in the realms of skin care.
I could list quite a few of my problems hehe, but one of the most annoying is the trouble I have had with my skin. So off I trotted to Boots and up to the Clinique counter. The first time round, I hadn't actually been to my GP about the old spots and my problem being quite blatantly obvious, there was no need to go into vast detail about my ailment to the pleasant ...

...I really like Clinique. Clinique boasts all of their products are allergy tested, and 100% fragrance free. I use several products by the range.
On a daily basis : 1.) Clinique Blended Face Powder. ( I have written a review on this product)

I was so convinced by great recommendations that the 3 Step System would leave my skin beautiful, that I was going to buy the facial soap as soon as I got some money.

I have been using Clinique soap for years now, amongst there other products but I can honestly say that, in my opinion, this is the only soap that I have ever used that doesn't make my skin itch or feel too dry or cause any aggravation. ...I ventured up to the Clinique counter in my local Debenhams. This may sound daft, but I had always avoided Clinique because my Mum used the clarifying lotion once in the seventies and swears it was like paint stripper. This is the first step of the world famous Clinique 3 Step Program and comes in 3 strengths (best going to a Clinique counter to find out which is best suitable for your skin type particularly those with more sensitive skins). Advantages: long lasting, deep cleaning Disadvantages: not suited to every skin type and expensive
A few years ago when I was at University I found that my combination skin was getting more and more breakouts (stress, hormones, etc.) and I decided to use the three step routine by Clinique. She told me that the products I was using were drying my skin so that although I felt my skin was clean it was actually stripping it of its natural oils and my skin was producing more and more to compensate for this loss. I was so surprised but stopped using the soap and clarifying lotion (though stayed with the moisturiser) and found that my combination skin returned more towards controllable ...

...However, one try of Clinique soap (I use mild) and I was converted. It made my skin feel fresh, clean and hydrated. There was no tight feeling like there is after washing with normal soap. I couldn`t believe it and I recomended it to lots of friends who didn`t already use it. Advantages: Skin feels cleansed after use Disadvantages: Very expensive for a bar of soap!
I bought Clinique's Facial Soap two weeks ago, and I think that it was vastly over-priced. The soap itself does not have a nice scent nor does it cleanse my skin any better than an ordinary, cheaper soap. I found that after I used the soap, my skin was cleansed but felt really tight. The soap did not remove all traces of makeup and therefore a separate make-up remover had to be used. After I had used the soap for a week, my skin felt really dry and ...

I use this Clinique Soap - the mild formula - combined with the 3-step system. Ive bought it in Strawberry.net (cheaper, cheaper).

The first thing I notice is that it doesnt make any bubbles: its good, I think it means that doesn't have any detergent ingredients on it, or the most abrasive ones. And when you rub into your face, it seems almost like a cleaning lotion, or a light cream. Great texture.
The second thing Ive noticed is that smells like grandmother soap. Yes, it really smells like soap. Well, I like that ...
