...male market with definite success. Clinique is one such brand. ===A Clinique clique=== According to their website 'Clinique is one of the world's leading brands of prestige skin care, makeup and fragrance products.' It's been churning out a vast array of these products since 1968 and it's ethos has been it's emphasis on fragrance free, allergy tested products designed by dermatologists. All their skincare products are built around the three pillars ... ...you're likely to find a Clinique counter complete with helpful women in white lab coats and makeup that must all derive from the 'Orange glow' collection. I first encountered these friendly folk when I worked for the large Chemist chain 'Boots' several years ago. They introduced me to all kinds of wonderful (and extremely expensive) products which they stuffed into my bag when I was buying other things, like Grandma's stuffing a £20 note into your ...

Advantages: Very smooth and easy to apply Disadvantages: Too expensive!
...This is my experience with Clinique M Lotion and, unfortunately, that can be an expensive mistake to make!!
The Product
The product itself comes very neatly packaged in 100ml tubes, fitting well into the hand and making dispensing the cream very easy and controllable. It is a slightly off putting light yellow colour, but is extremely smooth and is absorbed into the skin very easily. Fortunately, a small amount really goes go a long way and offers ... ...irritation or stinging. The reputable Clinique name means that this is a very high quality, well researched product.
The range of Clinique for Men products is impressively growing, with face scrub, hydrating eye gel and high moisture cream readily available. Added to the wide range of scruffing and shaving products available, if the products fit, and the wallet is fat enough, then all of your grooming needs could be covered by the range.

...clown-like. For me, Clinique M Lotion was a revelation. The smallest amount rubbed gently into the skin goes a long way. It is absorbed quickly, but leaves the skin feeling smooth and natural. It has no scent and apart from the skin's improved, healthy appearance, it is undetectable. It is the only moisturiser I have been able to use, which doesn't trigger the "two days later blemishes". The packaging is unassuming, being a conservative grey as opposed ... ...easily be mistaken for a shaving gel. It's very expensive, but if your experience with other moisturisers is similar to mine, then I'm sure you'll find that the beneficial effects of this product do justify the price. You can get M Lotion in most of the larger Boots stores and some supermarkets, but if you want to buy it online you can get it from Clinique's own website or from Amazon quite reliably. Buy it and apply it, but don't let your mates ...

Advantages: Easy to absorb - cheaper than the ladies version Disadvantages: Your husband / boyfriend will steal it!!!!
...digress, I was purchasing some Clinique supplies and unfortunately the store had run out of Dramatically Different Moisturising Cream for women. "Not to worry" the sales assistant said - buy the "M supplies for Men".
I said - surely it is different. But to my surprise she informed me that the male version is exactly the same as the ladies Dramatically Different cream. Oh, except for the fact that it is packaged in a masculine way and is normaly ... ...is a cunning plan by Clinique - create a good moisturisor (dramatically different!) then repackage it for men and sell it a bit cheaper as women are always willing to spend more than men! I am sure that a lot of the other cosmetic companies do it too!
The main downside is that my husband keeps stealing it instead of buying his own - but you can't have everything! ...

...use it after shaving although Clinique also make a special post shave gel.
M lotion is widely available. I bought mine at Boots and it cost £14 for a 50 ml. container. I believe that you can also buy a larger version too. The product comes in a reassuringly masculine grey tube and will not look out of place in your bathroom cabinet.
In my opinion it is worth paying a little bit more for this product as opposed to the Niveas of this world, my wife ...
