Advantages Amazing graphics, great music, visually stimulating
Disadvantages Too easy to cheat, computer opponents not challenging enough, graphics and music get annoying

I can remember many rainy days where this was the board game of choice, when I was a kid. Why this, and not Monopoly? Disadvantages takes a bit of time to get used to

Now you can play detective and solve the mystery of "WHO DUNNIT" on your PC, well i have had this game for a year now and i have to say i think i have managed to solve the mystery once during this whole period. Blackwell Grange is where the murder takes place, and it is you job to find out ~who dunnit~ ~where~ ~when~ and ~with what~ just like the board game. The characters Miss White, Col. Disadvantages there is only so much cluedo you can play, the butlers voice is irritating

Most people will know the board game called Cluedo and will therefore be aware of the object of the game. I will not insult your intelligence by explaining the gist of the game here. But I would like to talk about the PC game called Cluedo – murder at Blackwell Grange made by Hasbro. The CD needs Windows 95 or above to run, and you also need DirectX 5.0 or higher. However, do not worry if you don’t have this, because a copy is on the CD and when you install, it asks if you want to add it and you just like yes or no. Someone has killed Mr Black.The aim of the game is to geuss who the murderer is out of 5 suspects.By doing this you are making yourself a detective. Cluedo is a typical example of a board-game converted to a computer game. The essence of the board game is all there, and there are computer opponents to defeat - this being of course the only good reason for porting a board-game to a computer, the ability to play on one's own. There's little else: apart from a couple of title screens the graphics are simple (but not in a good way); the sound effects few and pointless. Advantages its good to see some of the older games back in circulation
Disadvantages some screens darker than others

this an older game than the rest of the bunch but it definately hasnt lost its appeal at all it is better than the board game and if your a lover of the older games like me then you will love this played as single or mulple players it is just as enjoyable the graphics are good even though on some screens are darker than others so there is a little bit of adjusting you brightness but all in all it is a game worth buying at only £19.99 at most stores welcome back mrs peacock and the rest of the crew ... more

If you want to tease your mind and enjoy really cool background music, take a gander at the computer version of Cluedo made by Hasbro. The game play is excellent even when you pay it alone. Unlike the old board game version you don't have to think about who's cheating as the program makes it virtually impossible. The characters are quite amusing as well. I found that by comparison the game play was much better than the board version and the general lay out of the game made it much more fun to participate in. Each character is very personified and bring the game to life in their own special way ... more

i got this game for xmas.the graphics are great and it is really exciting since there is a good backdrop and each character has its own personality. the sound and picture went all jumpy though so i had to take it back. i got a replacement, but the same happened to that one too.my friend had a cluedo game and exactly the same happened to hers too, if you are going to bur this game, i would recommend that you gat it from somewhere that you can get a refund or exchange if it doesnt work. ... more
