The first review was right about most wine descriptions are b*ll**s. Soft to me seems to mean red wine not fermented out to full dry ness. This is important as a lot of main courses are quite sweet these days.Also most people seem to expect red to be off fry rather than dry these days. Structured seems to mean fairly tannic in varying degrees like bordeaux. Some people like their teaspoon to stand up in the cup others don't. This is important.
