Firstly I must explain that I am not a natural girly-girl and tend to stray towards the tomboy end of the scale so the fact that I am even reviewing this should be an indicator that it is not the ‘norm’ for me. This salon is appalling. I took my mum for a pamper experience. The manicure started peeling of within a couple of hours. When I called to complain the manager was very rude to me and tried to make out that it was my fault the manicure didn’t last. Whatever happened to the customer is always right? I phoned head office who said they would rectify the matter but have done nothing. This is not a high-end salon/spa. I've had some time out with salons recently and desperately needed my hair done. I will only ever go and see my amazing lady at Cobella in Kensington. Each time I've been to Cobella, its always an amazing atmosphere, friendly, clean, happy faces and caring staff. I only go to Maria who is the best most amazing colourist in London. I can say that because, I've probably experienced every top colourist in London in my years of salons/colourists.
