Everyone has heard of and tried Coca Cola, it's one of those brands that's near impossible to give a miss. Let's face it, you're either a "coke head" or you're not, I mean that in the legal sense, but the same applies to the illegal variety too I suppose!! Not only this, but you're either a "diet coke head" or you go for the full on sugar rush. Being a diabetic, I don't have a whole lot of choice with this one, and have to settle for an "artificial sweetener rush" which may not be in quite the same league!! Although the name of Diet Coke (or ‘Coke Lite’) implies that it will help one lose weight, starting a Diet Coke habit will not make you look like Kate Moss. I thought I would write a little about diet Coca Cola this evening as I have a 330ml can sitting right infront of me now. Taste ------- It tastes a little dry to me, and has quite a strong syrup/caramel taste to it. It tastes better when really chilled, when hot it tastes very sticky and discusting, in my opinion of course. I've been drinking diet coke for a few years now. I remember when I first starting drinking it, it was a gradual process. It was like breaking a horse in. I didn't like the taste of it to begin with.
