    Advantages Advantages Very informative, well laid out

    Disadvantages Disadvantages lots of information to take in

    I am interested in psychology and enjoy reading up on the subject. I had heard a lot about people having Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and I wanted to read some more on the subject. I decided to get this book as it sounded ideal- it's for dummies! The book doesn't have an inspiring cover it is just a standard one but inside it's very inspiring and very well written. This is a large text book so is over 400 pages. It is quite intimidating but it is set out for dummies so it isn't actually too difficult to read or get your head around despite how formal it looks.
