Advantages: Small Form Factor but still space inside Disadvantages: Cabling can be tight
We have 800 of these and so far they have been great. Reliability wise we have only had a few problems over the last 2 years where a couple of power supplies have popped.
Do not be scared of the small form factor - these boxes can still hold extra stuff. We had quite tight requirements for the boxes we needed. The floppy ... ...days, and in its place you can install another hard disk. The case does have the opening for the floppy on the front, but it doesn't look bad.
As I mentioned in the title, the box can be tight for cabling, but you'd expect that for the size.
The only annoyance with the box is the mechanism for lifting the drives. Removing the case is easy, and the front lifts up to access the board under the drives. However, it often gets stuck when pushing it ...
