Advantages: Very easy to install, Easier on eyes, more compact, stays cleaner Disadvantages: More expensive than other monitors
I have been using the Compaq TFT FP5315 TFT flat panel monitor for about 5 months now, this has given me all the time I need to investigate it properly.
When i first got the screen I saw from the start how simple it was to use it came in two pieces, the screen and the mount. Installation was simple, it came with a CD but this wasn't needed. I have found that over the last five month that it is a tremedous screen. I find that it is much easier on ... ...strain.
Also the monitor free s up a lot of desk space being much more compact.
another thing I foud with this monitor is it doesn't need cleanig as often, and you can touch the screen without leaving a finger print, most monitors I find are always dusty and get finger one very easily.
Overall I think it is a good buy even for non professional use. ...

Advantages: Simple to install, no problems. Disadvantages: Have to use special cleaner - i cant be bothered!!
I got my monitor with my PC, and I have had no problems with it. It has built - in speakers, headphone port & volume control. The main problem is the fact you cannot clean the screen normally, and have to use special cleaner, so I dont bother. I dont really know what customer support is like - I havent had to use them, and I hope you wont either! The control settings are so simple - you can ajust brightness in just 3 button presses!!
