Advantages: Cheap, Attractive, Slimline, Lots of functions with software Disadvantages: Software and drivers difficult to install, no LCD to view pictures is a downside
I bought this camera on a whim from eBay recently. I only wanted a cheap camera to upload my pictures of items on to the site and for summer snaps. It only cost me £20 (bargain!!) plus delivery. It comes with a tripod, video and USB sockets, carry case and handy wrist strap, as well as 2 manuals and software bundle.
It took me a while to set up the software on my Win XP computer as a lot of the files were clashing with those already on my system, ... ...bit of a mess! Finally once it was all installed, I hooked the camera up to the pc via the USB cable and downloaded my photos. The quality was surprisingly good for something so cheap, although a few pictures were a bit blurry (probably me not keeping still!). The software is easy to use, you just open the photo impression program and click on "get photos" then transfer or delete the photos on the camera. It also comes with special effects software, ...
