"I have just returned from the Hounslow branch of Connexions, known as "The Attic" and frankly, I wish we had just looked in the attic at home. The counselor was surly and abrupt, to the point of almost rude. He did not introduce himself or even smile. He told my son that he is on the scrap heap and that he should give up any ideas about pursuing academic study. BTW, my son turned 16 just 8 weeks ago!! He got one grade C and 5 grade D at G.C.S.E and ..." Read review
